Beulah Heights University – Course Merchant Terms & Conditions

By registering for and purchasing a course through Beulah Heights University (“BHU”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment & Access

Enrollment is granted upon successful payment or approved payment arrangement.

Access to course materials is provided through BHU’s learning platforms, such as Brightspace by D2L.

Course access is limited to the enrolled participant and may not be shared.

2. Course Participation

Students are expected to:

• Actively participate in coursework and assignments
• Adhere to BHU academic integrity policies
• Maintain appropriate conduct in all online and in-person environments

BHU reserves the right to remove access for violations of conduct or academic standards.

3. Payments & Fees

All course fees must be paid in full prior to access unless otherwise approved.

Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.

BHU reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time for future enrollments.

4. Course Modifications

BHU reserves the right to:

• Modify course content, schedules, or instructors
• Cancel or reschedule courses due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, students will be notified and offered appropriate alternatives.

5. Intellectual Property

All course materials are the intellectual property of BHU or its partners and may not be:

• Reproduced
• Distributed
• Shared

without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

BHU is not liable for:

• Technical disruptions beyond its control
• Indirect or incidental damages related to course participation

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
